1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using cinefits.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and order information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Orders

We specialize in creating custom-made outfits, including leather jackets, hoodies, and costumes inspired by movies and pop culture.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or those with incorrect pricing information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
• The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. Custom Orders & Sizing

For custom-made jackets, the measurements provided by the customer are final. We are not responsible for sizing issues that arise from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of CineFits and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will CineFits or its directors be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from the Site. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Delays caused by third-party shipping couriers.
• Issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Damage to the product resulting from misuse or improper care after delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
