Total Estimated Time
Please note that our products are not mass-produced; they are crafted individually for you. The total time to reach your doorstep includes:

7–15 Days
Cutting, stitching, and quality check of your custom jacket.
2. Shipping
5–6 Days
Transit time via courier to your location.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number.
- Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the courier's website.
- If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
🌍 International Shipments:
We ship worldwide. However, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.

Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We generally cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses as our courier partners (DHL/FedEx) require a physical signature upon delivery. Please provide a full street address.
- Remote Areas: If your location is marked as a "Remote Area" by DHL/FedEx, an additional surcharge may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.
Address Responsibility

CineFits is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
