    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders can only be cancelled or changed within the first 24 hours. After the jacket enters production, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is custom-made.

    Is it possible to return a custom order and receive a replacement?

    Custom jackets can only be replaced if:
  • The item is damaged
  • Wrong color or wrong item is delivered
  • There is a manufacturing defect Size issues or change of mind are not eligible for returns.
  • How can I return an item?

    Email us at contact@cinefits.com with:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Tracking number (for return shipping)

  • Customers must pay return shipping and send the item with tracking.

    What should I do if an item in my order is defective?

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear pictures of the defect. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is from our side.
